How to Eat a Pomegranate 101:
Before you bite into this sweet fruit or sprinkle the seeds on your favorite food, you will need to de-seed the fruit carefully and hassle-free. Some people make sorbets and ice cream with the pomegranate seeds; others cook fish and prepare saucy meat dishes using the pomegranate seed or juice. There are also many delicious salads and cakes that can be prepared with a pomegranate.Pomegranate eating may not be as simple as you think. First, you need to cut off the crown from the fruit. Then you should make small slits in the pomegranate in several places all around the fruit, but not all the way through. Peel back the slices you cut with the knife and use your fingers to slowly pull off the seeds and place them into a deep cup or dish, in case some of the seeds splatter they will stain the dish and not the counter or you.
